No — the subscription fees and per-label rates on this page cover your access to the EZShip platform only. Freight charges from carriers are quoted separately and invoiced independently. EZShip gives you access to competitive carrier rates through our network, but those charges are passed through at cost.

Your shipping keeps running without interruption. Any labels beyond your monthly allowance are simply charged at your plan's per-label rate — $0.17 on Starter, $0.10 on Plus, $0.06 on Premium, and $0.04 on Enterprise. All charges are clearly itemised on your monthly invoice.

Every plan includes a monthly label allowance — 300 labels on Starter, 1,150 on Plus, 2,700 on Premium, and 3,000 on Enterprise. Labels within this allowance attract no per-label charge. Once you exceed your included allowance, additional labels are charged at your plan's flat per-label rate.

Yes — every plan lets you connect as many of your own carrier accounts as you need, alongside EZShip's built-in low-cost carrier network. You get the flexibility to compare and choose the best rate for every consignment, every time.

No — all subscription fees and per-label rates are quoted exclusive of GST. GST will be applied at checkout in accordance with Australian tax requirements.
